Who we are
This policy covers The Future Consultants ("TFC", "we", "us"), reachable at hello@tfcstudy.com. It explains what happens to your information when you use tfcstudy.com — visiting the site, reading our guides, or sending us your details through our contact form.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact / assessment form, we collect what you type into it:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your WhatsApp number (if you give it)
- The country you're applying from
- Your highest qualification
- Any message or goal you describe to us
We don't collect payment details, ID numbers or sensitive documents through the website — anything like that is handled separately, directly with you, once we've started working together.
How your submission reaches us
Our contact form is processed by a third-party service called Web3Forms. When you submit the form, Web3Forms receives what you typed and emails it to us at hello@tfcstudy.com — we don't run our own server to store submissions. If you'd rather avoid that step entirely, email or WhatsApp us directly instead.
If Google Analytics is active on this site, it may also record anonymised usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) to help us understand how people use the site. It does not receive the contents of your form submission.
Why we use your information
Only to respond to your enquiry: to assess your eligibility, get back to you with an honest answer, and — if we start working together — to guide your application. We don't use your details for anything beyond that.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. Full stop.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing obligation to keep it, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@tfcstudy.com and we'll sort it out — we're two people who answer our own inbox, so this won't get lost in a queue.
Cookies & analytics
This site may use basic cookies or similar technology from Google Analytics (if enabled) to understand traffic at a general, anonymised level. We don't use tracking for advertising or sell any data collected this way.
