German: Niederlassungserlaubnis

A Niederlassungserlaubnis is Germany's permanent residence (settlement) permit, allowing you to live and work without time limits. It's granted after a qualifying period of residence and contributions — often shorter for skilled workers and Ausbildung graduates who stay and work.
Why it matters for applicants from Pakistan, India & Bangladesh
This is the long-term goal for many applicants: finish training or a degree, work, then settle permanently in Germany.
