Two things decide your start: your German level and how your India qualifications map onto the Ausbildung entry minimum.
German: B2
This is a patient-facing, safety-critical field, so employers require B2 — you must communicate clearly with patients and colleagues. Certificates from the Goethe-Institut or telc are what count — not IELTS.
Entry: 10th / 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
